Juniors will take the practice ACT tomorrow during periods 1-4. Make sure to bring a charged Chromebook, calculator, and a #2 pencil. Students will have time for lunch when the test is done, and will return to class afterwards.

Congratulations to Patrik Dortch for being selected to the Illinois Music Education Conference All State Band for the second time! Patrik is only the 3rd student in Lakes history to make the All State Band two years in a row.
Congratulations to the Eagle Pals for defeating the Lakes staff at their annual Floor Hockey game last night with a score of 11 - 7. The students are undefeated against the staff at this event.

Bring Your Child to Work day was a success this year, with many of the extended Lakes family participating in activities throughout the building.
Thanksgiving Break is this week. Tuesday will have an early release schedule. Students will be released at 2:30. Tech students should go to the auditorium 6th hour.
