With the generous support of Raymond Chevrolet Kia, this groundbreaking partnership will award a brand-new car to a deserving graduate who achieves cum laude recognition, beginning this spring.

The "Driving for Education" program is designed to inspire students to reach their highest potential in various facets of their high school journey as we pursue our new ‘D117 Portrait of a Graduate’. To be considered for the cum laude distinction and the car giveaway, students are required to:

  • Exhibit academic dedication by earning 26 credits.

  • Maintain a strong character with zero suspensions.

  • Engage with their community through at least 40 hours of volunteer work.

  • Show consistent responsibility by maintaining a minimum of 95% attendance.

  • Achieve a high standard of excellence by securing 3 capstone credits.

  • Demonstrate school spirit by participating in at least four extracurricular activities.

This program not only rewards students for their hard work but also emphasizes the importance of well-rounded development, preparing them for success beyond high school.

The much-anticipated car giveaway will take place this spring at Raymond Chevrolet Kia where one exceptional student's commitment to excellence will be celebrated with the keys to a new vehicle.
