School Fees and Food Service Have Never Been Easier

Fees for the 2022-23 school year have been assessed. On August 8, 2022, Revtrak went live! All available fees associated with your student will display on the RevTrak Web Store. 

  1. To make a payment, click Student Fees. ( https://chsd117.revtrak.net/fm#/i/fm-student-fees)

  2. Log in with your RevTrak Account or click Create New Account, and complete the required information.

  3. Click +Add Student and enter your student ID Number and Student Last Name.  ADD ALL  STUDENTS BEFORE ADDING ITEMS TO THE SHOPPING CART. 

FOOD PAYMENTS - THIS IS A NEW FEATURE THIS SCHOOL YEAR

CHSD117 launched a new online food service zone that will allow you to monitor your student’s lunchtime purchases, track what your students have been eating for the past 30 days, make deposits directly into their meal accounts, and have an email reminder sent to you when an account balance gets low.  Parents can set up an auto-replenish account for their student’s accounts.  Monies deposited to your student's account are available for immediate use. This was not possible until this new system.

Connect your Food Service Account to your Web Store  Account

  1. To make a payment, click Food Service. (https://chsd117.revtrak.net/fm#/i/food-service)

  2. Log in with your RevTrak Account or click Create New Account, and complete the required information.

  3. Click +Add Student and enter your student ID Number and Verification Code.

  4. Verification codes were mailed home on August 5, 2022.  If you did not receive it, please call our main office at your respective school for assistance.

FEATURES

After the students are added, you can set up your account for low balance alerts and activate "Auto-Replenish" (bank information will need to be set up before Auto Replenish is an option); you can make payments to the student lunch account and view activity.

ALL LUNCH BALANCES FROM THE PREVIOUS SYSTEM HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO REVTRAK AUTOMATICALLY.
