Prom will take place on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Lehmann Mansion. Each ticket purchased must be for Juniors and Seniors only that are currently enrolled at ACHS. Ticket Information The number of tickets is limited to 300 ACHS Jr & Sr . Ticket sales will take place on Monday April 19th ( Seniors only ) Tuesday April 20th ( Seniors & Juniors) from 2:30 to 4:30 pm and Wednesday April 21st (Seniors & Juniors)during 4th, 5th and 6th lunch periods. The cost of Prom tickets will be $50 each. All necessary paper work (ticket application) must be completed for each attendee before tickets may be purchased.
Non- ACHS Student Ticket Information:
There will no outside guests or Lakes students allowed to attend ACHS Prom this year. Each ticket purchased must be for a Jr or Sr enrolled as a student at ACHS.
Ticket Payment & Transportation:
Payment for tickets is expected in full at the time of registration, with cash or checks made payable to ACHS. We do not accept credit cards for a form of payment. Because we have to turn in exact numbers, there will be no refunds given this year if you cannot attend after you purchase a ticket. This year students are allowed to provide their own transportation to Prom. There will be no transportation provided.
Prom Attire: Formal wear is appropriate attire for Prom. Remember, dresses must be school appropriate (as determined by the handbook). Please do not run the risk of being sent home because of an inappropriate dress.
Seating:
The dinner event will take place in the tent. Tables are limited to 12 people per table. It will be open seating. You will be required to sign in at your table once seated. When you are eating and drinking you will not have to wear your mask.
A mask is required to enter the event for the evening and should be worn when not eating and drinking.
Dancing: There will be a dj outside playing but due to the pandemic, dancing will not be allowed.
Prom Schedule:
6:00pm Arrive at Lehmann Mansion proceed to tent area and check in
6:00 – 7:30pm Appetizers (Outside area – weather permitting)
7:30 – 8pm Proceed to Tent to sit for Dinner
8 – 9 pm Seated Dinner served
9 – 10 pm Social hour inside or outside
10pm Exit Lehmann Mansion
Prom is a school function, so all school rules and regulations, as stated in the Student/Parent Handbook, apply for all students attending prom. Students who behave improperly will be referred to an ACHS administrator and parents will be notified. Students must remain in the designated area at all times.
